SHEARING
With the shearing system, the bevel is produced using a toothed cutter that removes material by pressure in a fast and efficient way.
This type of machine allows for high working speeds, making it an ideal solution for production processes where productivity and speed are key.
Depending on the model, it is possible to bevel steel plates up to 50 mm thickness and achieve bevel lengths of up to 30 mm.
MILLING
The machined finish is achieved through models that operate using milling technology, providing higher precision and superior surface quality.
This type of bevelling is especially recommended for:
- High-precision applications with demanding finishing requirements
- All types of materials, from aluminum to high-strength materials such as Hardox or Duplex
- Large thicknesses and bigger bevel sizes
